Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register. If an account is created for a student under 18, the parent, teacher, or school setting it up is responsible for that account.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, share your access with others, scrape or resell content, or use it for unlawful purposes. The practice questions, mock exams, and other materials are provided for your personal exam preparation.

The Service includes AI-assisted tools, including an AI study tutor. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided to assist, not replace, your own study and revision. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, and you should always defer to your official syllabus, teacher, and exam board.

Pupilage offers per-track subscriptions and ACCA purchases. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on AI output or predicted grades. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
